How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 6–10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your shipment in real time at our tracking page.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order value required. At this time, we ship exclusively within the US. All prices are displayed in USD and include free domestic shipping at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use our order tracking page to follow your shipment in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@varia-apparel.com.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Before sending anything back, you must first contact our support team at support@varia-apparel.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number — packages received without a valid RA may be refused. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes — however, you can return eligible items under our 30-day return policy.
