How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order. The shipping cost is $0.00, with no minimum order value.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, transit takes 5-8 business days (Monday to Saturday). The total delivery time is 6-10 business days.
Is there an order cut-off time?
Yes. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT/CST (Central Time) on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or public holiday, enter processing on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
All shipments include tracking. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day your order is delivered. To start a return, email us at info@varia-apparel.com with your order number. Please note: returns are only accepted after prior arrangement with our customer support team. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you exchange an item for a different size or color, we cover the return shipping costs and the delivery of the replacement. If you return an item for a refund because you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping costs. If an item is defective or we delivered the wrong item, we cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back. We do not charge a restocking fee.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has arrived and has been checked, we issue your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the order.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, and it costs you nothing. Email us at info@varia-apparel.com with your order number and the size or color you would like instead. We reserve the replacement straight away and send it out immediately, so you do not wait for your return to reach us, and we cover both the return shipping and the delivery of the replacement.
What if my item is defective or I received the wrong item?
Please email us at info@varia-apparel.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We cover the return shipping costs in this case and will arrange a replacement or a refund with you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. The available options are displayed during the checkout process before you place your order.
