Payment is processed at the time of order placement. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount.

5. Order Processing and Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday), with standard delivery in 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Varia Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. 7. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact us at support@varia-apparel.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without a valid RA number may be refused at the customer's expense. The return shipping address will be provided in your authorization email. 8. Intellectual Property

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Morrison County, Minnesota.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim against Varia Apparel, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@varia-apparel.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email within 30 days. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, either party may bring a formal proceeding. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
