Varia Apparel started in 2026 and is run by Lumora Media LLC, based in Sheridan, Wyoming. There is no dramatic founding story behind it. There was a full closet, a pile of barely worn purchases, and the slow realization that we kept wearing the same few pieces while everything else just took up space.

Like most people, we had bought clothes the way they are usually sold: quickly and in quantity. And like most people, we reached for the same small rotation every morning anyway. The rest hung there as a reminder of money we should not have spent.

So the idea behind this store is almost embarrassingly simple: clothing meant for that rotation, not for the back of the closet.

Our mission

Our mission is to offer well-cut clothing for women and men at fair prices. Nothing more complicated than that: dresses, knitwear, shirts and blouses, pants, jackets. The pieces an ordinary week actually calls for.

We think about clothing in terms of real seasons. Serious winters, short summers, and in-between months that cannot make up their mind sort a closet quickly: what earns its keep gets worn constantly, and what does not gets donated by spring.

Our vision

Our vision is a wardrobe built on fewer, better pieces. We are not trying to fill your closet. If anything, we would like to help you thin it out. A smaller wardrobe of clothes you actually like is easier to dress from, and over time it is cheaper too, because one good piece you wear a hundred times beats three that only looked promising online. That is the wardrobe we are working toward ourselves.

Where we are today

We keep things simple: support is a real inbox, not a call center, and we answer Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM CT/CST (Central Time). We count that as a feature: your email lands in front of someone who can actually fix things, and your order matters here in a way it cannot at a giant retailer.
