Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at Varia Apparel.
1. Return Window
We offer a voluntary return policy: you may return items within 14 days of delivery. This return policy is offered voluntarily by Varia Apparel as a service to our customers.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at info@varia-apparel.com and include your order number. Our customer support team will confirm your return and provide you with the return details.
Important: Returns are only accepted after prior arrangement with our customer support team. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted. Please do not send anything back before you have received our confirmation. The return address is 8967 Columbine Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55347, USA; it will be confirmed to you as part of the return arrangement.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the original tags attached. Where possible, please return items in their original packaging. Items that are returned worn, washed, or without their original tags may not be eligible for a refund.
Please keep the proof of postage for your return until your refund has been issued.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item because you changed your mind or the item does not suit you, you cover the return shipping costs.
If an item is defective or we delivered the wrong item, we cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us before sending anything back, so we can arrange the return with you.
5. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your return has arrived and has been checked, we issue your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have received our refund confirmation but the amount has not appeared in your account after a few days, please first check your bank account again and then contact your bank or card provider. It can take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@varia-apparel.com and we will look into it.
8. Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, email us at info@varia-apparel.com with your order number and the size or color you would like instead. We will arrange the exchange with you.
9. Defective or Wrong Items
If an item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@varia-apparel.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We cover the return shipping costs in this case and will arrange a replacement or a refund with you.
