At Varia Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our support team. Returns sent without a valid RA number will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

  1. Email us at support@varia-apparel.com with your order number and reason for return to request your Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your RA number and full return instructions.
  3. The return address will be provided in your authorization email. Do not ship items back without a valid RA number.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liner

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
