Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Varia Apparel are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order. The shipping cost is $0.00, with no minimum order value.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
4. Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT/CST (Central Time) on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT/CST (Central Time), or on a weekend or public holiday, enter processing on the next business day.
5. Dispatch and Tracking
All shipments are insured and include tracking. As soon as your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link, so you can follow your delivery at any time. Please note that it can take a short time after dispatch for the tracking link to show the first scan.
6. Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the transit time is 5-8 business days.
7. Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is 6-10 business days (processing time plus transit time).
Example: You place your order on a Monday before 2:00 PM CT/CST (Central Time). Processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Tuesday). After dispatch, your shipment takes another 5-8 business days in transit. In total, your order arrives within 6-10 business days.
8. Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur, for example due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or unusually high shipping volumes during peak periods such as the holiday season. If your shipment is taking significantly longer than the times stated above, please contact our customer support team and we will check the status of your delivery with the carrier.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusual length of time, or if your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@varia-apparel.com and include your order number. For damaged items, please also attach a photo of the damage and contact us as soon as possible after receipt. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you on a solution.
